But the reality star knows how to keep her spirits up — manicure and pedicures, of course! Kim left a nail salon in L.A. on Monday showing off some freshly painted nails in done up in white. With the stress she's been going through, Kim definitely deserved to treat herself to a little pampering and relaxation!

Sunday night's episode of Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami proved once again that Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend and father of her son, Scott, is prone to violent outbursts after too much partying.
