The 36-year-old reality debuted a svelte physique after emerging from her post-robbery hiding.
But while her team indicated that she was taking time to heal her emotional wounds, photos suggest that she may also have been recovering from surgical wounds as well!
Kim stepped out January 24th in Los Angeles sporting a much flatter chest than before.

She has worn a lot of sweatshirts and other baggy clothes lately. Could she have been hiding bandages?
The sleek new look is part of her image overhaul, which over a year ago.
“Kim has met with a plastic surgeon to schedule a number of procedures,” a source told Life & Style at the time.
