Kim Kardashian’s butt is looking out of proportion again - which is no thanks to yet another operation on her much-tampered-with famous derriere.
A source tells OK! magazine exclusively, “She just cannot leave it alone."
"After Saint was born Kim got it reduced, now she’s had another procedure to go up half a size, but it’s all misshaped and swollen and she hates it!"

But Kim isn't the only one unhappy with her botched butt, the reality star's obsession with going under the knife to mess with her famous booty has gotten hubby Kanye West upset.
"This has been a real issue for Kim, not least because Kanye hates her tampering with her body and they’re constantly fighting about her self obsession," the snitch spills.
