Kim Kardashian never takes a break from beauty. The makeup mogul shared a video on Instagram of her spending some quality time with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Simon Ourian. Read on to see the pics.
"No better way to spend my night than with Dr. Simon," Kim said in the clip she shared on Instagram.
"Best time of my life," the plastic surgeon said with a laugh.
The reality TV star added a hearts filter over her and her doctor's faces.

Kim's been busy this week. She and Kourtney were seen filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians just one day after Kanye West was admitted to the hospital amid a health crisis.
The KKW Beauty founder swears by Dr. Simon, a cosmetic dermatologist from Beverly Hills. She even once brought him on her private plane when taking a trip to Dubai.
