In today’s post, Kim shared an intimate photo of her holding her one-year-old son, Saint West, as he attempts a wobbly stand. Despite the exciting moment in her infant’s life, Kim looks alarmingly distracted in the mother-son pic.
Kim’s return to social media should be a triumph, but it’s hard to look at the photo and not be concerned for Kim’s mental state. She seems to barely notice Saint playing with her limp hair and looks pale in her plain white ensemble.
