Kim Kardashian Is Being Sued Over Her New 'Vibes' Emoji Fragrance

Kim Kardashian is being sued over her new "Vibes" Kimoji fragrance, for allegedly plagiarizing the logo. Read on for more details about her legal battle.
According to The Blast, Kim's company, KKW Beauty, is being sued over the "Vibes" logo by Vibes Media. The organization is claiming they trademarked the logo in 2012.
Vibes Media is accusing Kim of "marketing, promoting" and "now selling a Vibes perfume."
"The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo," the company continued. They's seeking damages and an injunction to prevent the reality TV star from selling any more of the "Vibes" perfumes, according to reports.

Kim has been promoting the new perfumes on Instagram. The "Vibes" scent comes in a package with gummy bears that celebs have been posting on their Insta Stories.
Kim has yet to comment publicly on the lawsuit.
