Do you remember back in August when Kim Kardashian and Kanye West stopped renovations on their brand new mansion and bought an entirely new home instead?! That $20 million house clearly wasn’t enough for the Wests, because the couple just purchased their neighbor’s property to make their current home even bigger!
E! news reports that the newlyweds purchased their neighbor’s home for a reported $2.9 million and will most likely knock it down and build it back up to their liking. Let's just add this investment to the West's long list of expensive Christmas gifts...
Assuming that they combine this property with their other home, the family will have about 4.5 acres of land to call their own. The family reportedly moved from their $11 million Bel-Air mansion into the bigger one because they wanted more land, so now it’s all coming together.

In case you need a refresher, Kimye’s $20 million home has all the bells and whistles, including two swimming pools, spas, a BBQ pit and its very own vineyard. The Calabasas mansion is located not too far from Kris Jenner’s house, (where the family celebrated an epic, over-the-top Christmas Eve party), and this is very convenient for filming.
Perhaps Kim will use the neighbor's home to build her own closet? We all know an entire house rather than just one room is needed to store that insane wardrobe of hers.
