The mom of two stepped out in Manhattan on Tuesday, where she debuted lip ring on her bottom lip!
Kim paired the edgy accessory with what appeared to be a blazer she somehow worked into a dress.

Meanwhile, her hubby Kanye West isn’t faring as well. An insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively that the rapper turned fashion designer “is extremely stressed out” about his Yeezy Adidas line’s show on Wednesday.
