Kim was the belle of the ball at this year's MailOnline yacht party in this mesh-patterned black dress that revealed her bra and high-waisted underwear. We can't even see a baby bump! In 2013, her bump was already quite visible, even beneath a black hoodie!
The curvy reality star looked pretty slim and trim in these trousers earlier this week, and has been rocking more high-waisted looks this time around as opposed to back in 2013.

When she was three months pregnant with North, Kim's bump was seen almost immediately. This time around, she's been able to conceal it, thanks to her different fashion choices. And focusing attention on her cleavage doesn't hurt either!
Kim admitted during the MailOnline party earlier this week that she is keeping her pregnancy style more simple this time around. "I know this outfit doesn't look like I'm trying to go for simple but I'm just doing what feels right. At this stage, I'm just trying to fit into the things that still fit me," she admitted.
"I do think tighter clothes look better and more slimming, and I don't care how hot it is, I'm going to wear thin coats all summer to conceal my big arms.
