Kim Kardashian wants a third kid, badly. She wants one so badly, in fact, that she's willing to risk getting surgery on her uterus in order to make it happen! Kim said in a clip of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she's going against her doctor's orders and getting her uterus "fixed" so she can conceive.

"I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I'm going to try to have one more baby," Kim announced to her family in the clip. "Isn't that exciting?" Kanye West would also be very happy if Kim had a third child.

Her sisters were surprised. "Oh my god, I thought you were for sure done," Kendall said. "What surgery are we having?" Khloe asked. At one point, there were rumors that Kourtney would be Kim's surrogate, but it looks like that's no longer the case.

Kim insisted she has to have this surgery "to kind of repair this hole" in her uterus, she explained. "They need to like clean that out and then there's scar tissue," she said. "It will still be a really high-risk pregnancy, just you'd be able to get pregnant."

"Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle," Kim confesses on the show. "I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again myself. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try."

Do you think it's safe for Kim to go against her doctor's orders and try and conceive another child? Sound off in the comments!
