Kim Kardashian Has Swollen Feet And Finally Gives In To Ditching The Heels!

And so it begins! Kim Kardashian is officially in the "swollen feet" phase of her pregnancy—and wearing flats!

While the reality star has been great at essentially hiding her pregnancy weight with bodycon dresses and long, thin coats, she was unable to keep our eyes off of one major pregnancy symptom.

She showed her feet off while leaving a hotel in San Diego with North after celebrating her grandmother Mary Jo’s birthday.

Earlier in the day, she hid the swollen feet in these gorgeous black lace-up heels, but it looks like by the end of the day she preferred slippers, which makes sense because they look pretty comfortable!

And this certainly is not the first time Kim has had to deal with swollen feet during pregnancy.

Back in 2013, it looked like she had crammed her feet into plastic shoes while pregnant with North, and it did not look comfortable.
