While in Rome, the 35-year-old reality star, who was in town to attend the premiere of La Taviata at the Opera of Rome, showed off more than she meant to while taking photos from her camera!
Kim's Spanx were clearly visible thanks to a major slit in her white floor-length-gown, and she definitely realized the faux pas, as she kept her hand on her thigh for the rest of the evening!

But Spanx are nothing new to the A-lister, who commented earlier this year on her blog about her love of the slimming undergarment.
"Sometimes I wear two pairs of body shapers on top of each other — especially when I am heavier, I def double it up," she wrote. "They really hold you in and make you feel secure!"
