The 35-year-old is doing whatever it takes to drop the 60 pounds she gained while pregnant with Saint, including working out twice a day!

A source told Life & Style that the reality star squeezes in a workout after feeding her newborn at 4am. Talk about dedication. “She’ll start doing stomach crunches in the middle of the night, even thought her doctors specifically told her she shouldn’t be doing ab workouts yet.”

Evidently Kim is freaking out about the weight she’s gained, and in addition to her intense workouts, she’s also decreased the amount of calories she’s allowed to have, with the help of her personal chef.

However, in addition to cutting carbs from her diet, she’s also “cutting out important fats,” which certainly cannot be good.

“She’s determined to get back to her dream body as soon as possible, no matter what the risk,” said an insider. “She’s obsessed.”
