A source close to Kardashian revealed to Heat Magazine that Kim recently underwent ANOTHER boob job as part of her 100k post-baby makeover and now she’s telling friends it “saved” her relationship with Kanye!

The 34-year-old reality TV star “is obsessed with having the perfect body,” the source said. “She’s had boob jobs before and this one was about lifting and shaping with the help of new 34E implants.”

Kim’s extreme overhaul which reportedly included lipo, a tummy tuck, and several other procedures "have got Kanye totally hot for her again!” the insider dished.

The 38-year-old rapper “is not subtle— he likes Kim when she looks like a sex bomb, not a mom,” said the source. “He says she looks great and is suddenly keen on spending time with her.”
