Kim has also been battling with addiction and hit rock bottom when she was arrested last year for public intoxication and shoplifting.

Jackson explained in her confessional video: "I feel like I'm her caretaker because she's fragile physically and emotionally. And it does overwhelm me."
Kim started to cry and admitted, "I need to remember how my decisions do affect Kimberly."
