The mother-of-six wrote on her Instagram: "My hubby surprised me and took me to my fave spot to celebrate my birthday tomorrow.”
Kim also reflected on her difficult year. She suffered a stroke and had to undergo heart surgery after competing on Dancing With The Stars.
