Kim Zolciak-Biermann constantly keeps her social media followers updated with snaps from her life with hubby Kroy and their six children. Yesterday, September 9 was no different. She posted a fresh-faced, makeup-less selfie and fans immediately flooded her comments section!
In the picture, Kim is sporting a red tube top and her trademark blonde hair is slicked back and wet. Most noticeably, her face is devoid of makeup and her lips looked plumper than ever!
The Don’t Be Tardy star captioned the photo, “Just one of those days ? my chest and face are glowing.” And though she was feeling confident and totally comfortable in her skin, a few fans wasted no time giving her a piece of their minds.
“Try Benadryl for allergic reactions it works wonders or get to the doctors,” one person wrote, referring to the full lips.

Someone else commented, “No more lip injections Kim! You’re beautiful, but you’re starting to look like you live in Whoville.”
One person even accused the 40-year-old of purposely deleting the negative comments! To which she fired back, “I have daughters that don’t need to see these nasty comments and what’s sad is you find it funny! Look in the mirror sweetie.”
However not all of her followers slammed the au natural pic, a few of them left messages of support. “I can only hope and pray I look as flawless as you do after 6 kids!!!” someone told her.
