Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her family have had quite the eventful year. Between Kash being bitten by a dog in his face, animal control complaints, and various hospital visits, the Biermann’s are in desperate need of some drama-free-fun. Despite the traumatic dog attack that happened to Kash in April, the reality star surprised her son with a puppy for his fifth birthday.
The mother of five, gave her son an adorable pit bull named Sailor, and captured every moment on Snapchat.
"Sailor (Kash's big birthday surprise)," an enthusiastic Kim captioned her post.

The TV star never shies away from expressing her gratitude and love for her children.
