Kim Zolciak-Biermann took to Instagram to wish her hubby Kroy a sweet happy birthday. Except, the only thing her followers could focus on was the reality star's ever changing face! Keep reading to see the picture that had commenters in a total frenzy.
In the picture, it looks like Kim and Kroy were all dressed up and ready for a romantic night on the town. The blonde bombshell donned a skin-tight black dress and her beau wore a button-down with pants and loafers.
The 40-year-old’s face was noticeably different as she smiled for the camera. In the caption she wrote, “Happy Birthday my love @kroybiermann ❤️ the BIG 33! You have accomplished so much in 33 years and I look forward to another million together. You truly amaze me DAILY Kroy! I have are no words to describe how much I love you! I feel it deep in my soul and to the core of my being.”
“Thank you .. THANK YOU for loving me and our kiddos like you do!! HAPPPPY HAPPPPY BIRTHDAY ? You are in for the night of your life!!” the mother of six ended.

It wasn’t long before her commenters pounced. “OMG what have you done to your face. Looks ridiculous,” one person wrote.

But the Don’t Be Tardy star clearly isn’t focusing on the hate. Just last week she posted a makeup-less selfie and gushed about being comfortable in her skin. Perhaps the snap was a subtle clap back at her critics?
