Kim Zolciak-Biermann is a new woman! Well, sort of. After sharing a post-surgery photo yesterday, the Don’t Be Tardy star confirmed she got a breast reduction.

“I went smaller and Dr. Leonard Hochstein did them,” Kim told Us Weekly exclusively. Dr. Hochstein is Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s husband.
“He did my [expletive] four years ago and I loved them. I just wanted a cup size smaller. I’m in Miami recovering now. Feeling fab at 40!!” she said.

If fans are hoping for more details, Kim promised to “tell her complete experience” on her podcast House of Kim next week.
On Wednesday, Kim surprised fans when she posted a selfie in which she appeared to be wearing a cushioned support bra complete with what looked like white bandaging inside.
“Part of the itty bitty titty committee thanks @dr.hockstein,” she captioned the pic.
