She gave photo credit to her longtime husband Kroy Biermann.
The naked snap was met with mixed feedback, with one fan commenting on how tan she looked in it.

"Is that much tanning healthy?" one asked.
"Girl cut the s**t I’ve been at the beach less than 24hrs just wait til next weekend," Kim clapped back with.
Others, like former Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi, praised her for the nude snap. The mother-to-be left several fire emojis on the post.
