Kim Zolciak shared a photo of her daughter Kaia Biermann on January 9, 2019, preparing to go into surgery. The mom of six revealed that her 5-year-old was having trouble breathing due to enlarged adenoids.
The Don’t Be Tardy star captioned the picture of Kaia at the dentist, “Expander time!! If you know me you know teeth, oral hygiene, their bite, breathing etc are SUPER important to me!”
She then revealed one of her son’s, Kash, “used to snore” until he underwent a dental evaluation.
Kim, 40, continued, “They did a scan and saw his Adenoids were enlarged and needed to be removed and his mouth needed to be expanded!”

Unfortunately, the condition seems to run in the family. “Same thing with Kaia!! All from snoring! It’s not normal for your child to snore,” Kim ended her post.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna gave her best regards to the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star. Lisa commented, “My Delilah Belle went through the same thing!!!”
