Kim Zolciak-Biermann took to Twitter to blast fans who suggested the Don’t Be Tardy’s star 20-year-old daughter Brielle Biermann has gotten plastic surgery. While Kim and Brielle have admitted that she’s gotten lip injections, Kim denies she’s had anything more done. But fans weren’t having it, and accused Kim of lying!
“Her oldest is over 18 and can make her own decisions,” one fan tweeted, implying that Brielle had gotten plastic surgery on her own.
“Omg @BrielleZolciak has NEVER had surgery!” Kim replied.
But fans weren’t buying it. “Kim I love you guys but Brielle’s lips aren’t real,” one person tweeted back.

However, fans pointed out that Brielle has admitted to getting lip injections and that isn’t a “surgical procedure.”
Kim revealed on Watch What Happens Live that she takes Brielle to L.A. every three of four months to get lip injections. “You only go around this planet once. If it makes her happy, so be it," Kim later told Us Weekly.
