Kim Zolciak has no problem tweaking her look by going under the knife!
In a recent interview, the Don't Be Tardy star gave a running list of everything fake about her appearance!
“Okay, we'll go from the top,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “We all know that I wear a wig, although I have amazing hair."
"I've had my boobs done," the 38-year-old admitted. "I fixed my hernia and had a tummy tuck at the same time, you know, it's one in the same.”
“Oh, Ulthera!” she added. “I just did skin-tightening treatment Ulthera … but it's not instant. I do like instant gratification.”

“I just feel like you should try everything," she explained. "Something will work for you, won't work for me."
"But that's it," she insisted, denying she got a nose job. "I have not done anything else.”
Still, despite denying what critics insist is an obvious rhinoplasty, she says she can understand why people would be skeptical. “I get it,” Kim said. “I get the nose, because my mom's side of the family has really cute noses.”
