With the dark hair back, Katy managed to still look great in a long multi-colored starry night dress. The pop star was totally comfortable and giggly with fans and cameras surrounding her.
In such a friendly mood, Katy even laughed it up with a bunch of her fans. They posed for the cameras in silly camera-shy stances and everyone appeared to be having an awesome time!
