In a new Snapchat video, the mother of three showed off her baby belly from a previous pregnancy, sharing an extended video of her bump.
The timing has led to speculation that she is confirming her fourth pregnancy!
Just this morning, RadarOnline.com reported that she is in fact pregnant.

“Kourtney is pregnant in her first trimester,” a source claimed, adding that she had only shared the news with close family and friends.
Moreover, the insider said that Scott Disick, the father of her other three kids, is the daddy of her new baby as well.
“They are working it out for the sake of the child and neither one of them is seeing anyone else right now,” said the source.
