And the model is 18-year-old Luka Sabbat.

The reality star and model seemed to be invested in each other...and their cell phones during their shopping trip.

The mother-of-three went for a laid back look for her shopping trip.

The cozy outing comes shortly after it was reported that the 37-year-old reunited with her baby daddy, Scott Disick.

And while Kourt spent time with a much younger man, Scott uploaded photos of himself spending quality time with their children.
