Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are back together and already planning to expand their family!
The embattled couple reconciled in September, and according to a source, they are on the fast track to a fourth baby.
“Kourtney and Scott are really making up for lost time right now," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
“They are having sex non-stop in hopes that Kourtney will become pregnant right away," claimed the source. "She really wants to conceive in time for the holidays!"

The notoriously healthy eater has even gone the extra mile to make sure she's primed for pregnancy.
“Kourtney has been seeing her doctor regularly and is taking prenatal vitamins,” the insider said. “She always eats well and knows better than anyone how to make a healthy baby.”
