David Schwimmer was destined to play Robert Kardashian. Kris Jenner revealed how she couldn’t be happier by the casting of her late ex-husband for The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.
“Robert Kardashian was his biggest fan when he was on Friends and thought he was the funniest thing and would watch,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said of David, who plays Robert in the mini series. “I found it fascinating.”

The former Friends star took the role so seriously that he reached out to the 60-year-old to prepare for the part. “David called me when he got the role and wanted to know more about Robert and just his personality and how he was as a human being,” the momager said. “That was really special.”
As for Selma Blair playing Kris, she confessed she’s more nervous about watching someone play her on TV than starring on KUWTK!
The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story premieres on Tuesday, February 2 on FX.
