It was a dramatic end to 2018 for power couple Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell. In December, Julie Andrews’ step-granddaughter Kayti Edwards claimed Dax cheated on Kristen two years into their relationship in 2009. The Without A Paddle actor was quick to shut down the rumors on social media, and now Kristen is adding her own two cents to the whole situation. Scroll through to see what she said.
Shortly after the news broke, Dax took to Instagram to issue a statement on the rumor. "That photo is 13 years old, not 9. Also, Kayti has sold stories to tabloids about Matthew Perry, Jack Osbourne, Kid Rock, and now me," he wrote.
"I look forward to her next one. Fingers crossed it's about my #1, Brad Pitt :)" the actor joked alongside a screenshot of the article claiming he cheated on his wife with Kayti.
While such rumors could easily put any Hollywood couple's relationship on the rocks, Kristen and Dax both appeared to be on cloud nine as they walked the 2019 Golden Globes red carpet together.

"Rumors aren’t really anything,” The Good Place actress told Us Weekly inside the show. “We have a happy marriage and if people don’t want to believe it, that’s their problem.”
“Dax denied the allegations publicly because he wanted the world to know that Kristen is his one and only. They’re solid, their marriage is strong,” a source told Us. “She believes Dax,” another insider added.
