Kristin Cavallari's Pilates Instructor Says Her Post-Baby Bod Might Be "Tinier" Than Before

(yeah, the lady lookin’ seriously smokin’ hot in a that horizontal striped dress) had a baby only five months ago—and according to her Pilates instructor, she’s already TINIER (you read that right!) than she was before her pregnancy.  "She might actually be tinier than her pre-baby weight," revealed her instructor Angeline Mitchell to People.

"The reason why she wanted to actually start doing Pilates was because she had heard that she could continue to do it throughout her pregnancy, and then also to get her body back after she has a baby," explains Pilates instructor Angeline Mitchell to People.

And she most definitely has her body back! Her instructor even told the news source that she was back into her pre-baby jeans in just one month after giving birth. Now that's a feat worth sharing!

"She’s very conscious about she what she puts in her body, and she’s super committed to her workouts," says her instructor.

As far as nutrition goes, the former reality TV star spilled to Fit Pregnancy about her pregnancy diet—and it was jam-packed with good-for-you eats like coconut water and quinoa.

The site reports that Kristin committed to biweekly Pilates sessions, as well as a once-a-week weight-training workout. 

Angeline Mitchell told People that they were more focused on strong form over multiple repetitions.
