No wonder Tyga took Kylie back after she made out with PartyNextDoor in a music video! Jenner made jaws drop as she continued her trip in New York on Wednesday.
The platinum blonde paired her new hairdo with Ferrari sunglasses, a teal bodysuit and patterned overcoat. The look did little to conceal her breasts, which have gotten quite a lot of attention in recents days.
The 19-year-old was forced to deny plastic surgery rumors yet again just last week after she went on a bit of a hiatus on Snapchat. When she reappeared, after claiming she had food poisoning, her chest looked a lot more voluptuous than ever before. She told fans a bit too much information though, admitting that it was simply due to it being "that time of the month."
