"Happy Birthday Daddy," it said. "Love Mommy & Stormi XO."
The billboard featured lil' Stormi on one side and the mother/daughter duo on the other.

Social media went in on Kylie over why she didn't include Travis on the billboard. "He not even on the billboard but it’s his birthday lmao," one wrote. "She should’ve got one with his picture on it but ok," another one said.
