La La Anthony is more than an actress and TV host, she’s a mom. So, when she heard about the senseless murder of 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior’ Guzman-Feliz she sprung into action to do what she could to help the grieving Guzman-Feliz family.
On Wednesday, June 27 the Power actress was spotted for the first time since visiting Junior’s family in the Bronx following his tragic murder.
La La and her husband Carmelo Anthony spent her birthday with Junior's family on Monday, June 25.
“This is what I wanted to do for my birthday today,” she captioned an Instagram series, which featured her beside Junior’s grieving mother, and the gifts she brought for his family. “I wanted to offer our love and support to Lesandro “Junior’s” family. His sister @__octobersveryown__ reached out and told me he loved Melo. So I asked Mel to go with me.

Seeing his family smile when we walked through that door is something I will never forget. Putting my arms around his mom is something I will never forget. Being in his room is something I will never forget. Pls go to his sister in laws page @c0co__amor to donate to this family.”
The Bronx teen was dragged out of a corner store and murdered by a gang of men last week. Eight suspects have been arrested in connection to his murder.
