Sin City has a famous new neighbor moving in, and she’s definitely not holding her “Poker Face” about it. Pop superstar Lady Gaga has just confirmed that she will be doing a 2-year residency in Las Vegas in a series of social media posts, and she seems ecstatic about the big news!
Gaga follows in the footsteps of several other divas who have done their own major residencies in Las Vegas, including Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez.
She revealed that she’ll be doing her residency at MGM’s Park Theater, which is set to kick off in December of next year.
"The rumors are true! I will have my own residency at MGM’s Park Theater,” she tweeted. "Get ready for a brand new show!! It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed! LOVE YOU LITTLE MONSTERS WE DID IT, MEET ME IN Las Vegas!! #LasVegasGoesGaga.”

Gaga shared several photos with the tweet showing her signing the contract and celebrating with a champagne toast.
She didn’t forget her “little monsters” during all of this, who she partially credits for helping her get to this point in her career. "And I couldn’t have done it without my amazing fans, little monsters and team. We love you so much. Meet me in Las Vegas!! This is just the beginning of a new era!”, she penned on her Instagram.
Gaga is no stranger to performing big stages this year, as she headlined Coachella and also rocked the halftime show at Super Bowl LI. Hopefully this residency is the next big step in her massive career!
