We can't tell if Lady Gaga was trying to channel Madonna or the queen, but she sure looked like some sort of royalty as she dripped with diamonds and coyly signed autographs through the window of her SUV on Wednesday. Gaga signed everything from cigarettes to cameras after leaving MIT Museum in Cambridge, Ma where she directed a photo shoot with Polaroid.
