Lamar Odom has taken off from his rehab facility, but his family fears that he may not be to avoid temptation.

Lamar entered rehab in December, but he has already left the San Diego facility, with a source telling RadarOnline.com that his loved ones are still worried about a relapse.

The 37-year-old former NBA star is heading back to the bright lights — and bad influences — of Los Angeles.

Lamar previously had a brush with death while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. He was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel back in October 2015.

He spent time in a coma as his family prayed at his bedside.

Despite the near-death experience, he was later seen partaking in drugs and booze yet again.

“He is going to have a sober coach, who will be his constant companion,” an insider said, adding that he will also “go to NA meetings.”

Still, experts say that the only person who can prevent another relapse is Lamar.
