Lance Bass finally revealed just how small NSYNC’s first check was! The executive producer of The Boy Band Con: The Lou Pearlman Story teased the small amount in the trailer for the show on March 13, but only recently admitted they were paid $10,000 for three years of work.
Lance, 39, promoted The Boy Band Con on E! Daily Pop on April 9. In a teaser for the documentary, he said their manager Lou “was hyping up the fact that this would be our first check presentation.”
At the time the NSYNC star said he thought, “Is it six figures? Is it a million dollars? What am I about to fall into right now? My life is about to change.”
Lance revealed, “It was for $10,000 and for three years of work, that’s less than minimum wage!”
