Michele, 28, and her 29-year-old beau already have a cat together—and share living space—but they’re also talking wedding and babies!
“She’s ready to go all the way with this guy and has been planning out their long term future,” the insider told OKMagazine.com exclusively.
The pair began officially dating in June, but it wasn’t until September when they got really serious and moved in together in Lea’s Hollywood mansion.
“Moving in together was a huge step, but since then Lea says it’s only gotten better and they’ve yet to have a single argument,” the source confirmed to OK!

Lea and Matthew have spent little time together on the red carpet, but have made many appearances together as a couple—especially doing active things like hiking and running.
It’s no wonder they’re into activities since Paetz has such a rockin’ bod, though he was rumored to be a former gigolo on the escort website Cowboys4Angels, according to reports.
And while it’s all been happy for the new couple, last year wasn’t so gleeful for Lea. Her Glee co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith died of a drug overdose in July 2013.
Nearly one year later, in April 2014, Lea met Matthew on the set of her music video for her single "On My Way” and helped the actress move on.
“Lea’s always been a relationship person, which is why she’s never played the field like most people in Hollywood,” the insider said. “She says meeting Matthew has been the best thing that’s ever happened to her.”
