Leah Messer has been enjoying every moment of her summer with her three girls! Over the weekend, the Teen Mom 2 star beat the heat by enjoying a family day in the pool, but after she uploaded a photo of herself wearing a tiny bikini, her fans were quick to show concern over her shockingly thin frame!
The mother-of-three uploaded a photo with her two family members standing near the pool. "Oh my.. Leah you can see your bones. Put on some weight!," one commenter wrote.
Another commenter expressed their concern for Leah's health writing, "Hope all is ok. She looks sick!"

Within the last few months, Leah has been getting her life back on track after regaining shared custody of her two oldest girls, twins Ali and Aleeah.
Leah also recently purchased her own home to share with her twin daughters, as well as her youngest daughter Addie.
