"They are my reason for breaking my family cycle and why I decided to write this book," she wrote on Instagram on May 29th.
Adding, "I love them so much! Pre-Order #hopegracefaith NOW on Amazon!"
According to the summary on Amazon, the book will focus on Leah's rise to fame after her debut on MTV's 16 & Pregnant when she was expecting her twins, Ali and Aleeah, with her first ex-husband, Corey Simms. She later married and divorced Jeremy Calvert, who she shares daughter Addie with.
From struggling with motherhood at such a young age, to Ali's diagnosis with muscular dystrophy, to her divorces, the book will give fans an inside look.

Besides life after 16 & Pregnant, the book will also focus on Leah's childhood in West Virginia.
The book will also include Leah hitting rock bottom, which resulted in her having suicidal thoughts.
The book will be released on December 24th, 2019.
