In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Leah’s mother Delta Dawn Spears was just 17-years-old when she gave birth to Leah in 1992. In 2005, she filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy with just $200 in her bank account.

When Leah was just 12-years-old, her mother fed her and her siblings with $465 a month in food stamps.
