The Teen Mom 2 star was grinning from ear to ear posing next to a band member, Todd, from Adairs Run Country Music. As fans may already know, she loves country music, but it appears that Leah and her friends went to a concert for a fun night out.

However, she quickly shot down any engagement/wedding rumors writing, "NOT MY HAND! Haha." She added, "THIRD pic is of my hand bahahah."
