Back Together! Leah Messer, Jeremy Calvert, & Addie's 'Emotional' Reunion Caught On-Camera!

Not just emotional for mommy, it's emotional for all the fans too! Leah Messer shared a sweet video of her daughter, Addie, and her ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert.

Too precious! Addie was surprised with her dad while playing at the park.

Leah and Jeremy share just their one daughter together. Over the years, they have remained on good terms while co-parenting her, despite his work schedule leaving him unable to see her often.

As seen on the show, Teen Mom 2, Leah was frustrated with Jeremy's work schedule and the time he was spending with his girlfriend Brooke and her daughter, over Addie.

But it looks like the two put their differences aside and are continuing to remain civil!
