On an episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah opened up about the possibility of welcoming more children in the future. "I would want to have another kid," Leah said while on the phone. "I want to share that with the person that I am going to spend the rest of my life with."
On the episode, Leah was still dating her boyfriend, Jason. The two decided at the time that welcoming another child at the moment wasn't the best idea, so her story line was about her taking birth control again.

Despite the split, one Twitter fan wrote to the mother-of-three, "Leah and Jason would make a cute baby #TeenMom2 @TM2LeahDawn @TeenMom."
She replied with just two simple emojis, "?♀️?♀️."
