Leah's sister, Victoria, is pregnant again!
In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom 2, the mother-of-three's sibling revealed the very big news.
The sisters were on vacation in the clip and that's when Victoria decided to drop the bombshell. Leah started talking about the pain she's been having and her form of birth control. She explained that even though her form of birth control is about $200.00 a month, which she admitted is "expensive," it's worth it. "Paying $200.00 a month is cheaper in the long run than paying for a college tuition, diapers, formula," Leah added. Leah decided to ask her sister, "Are you on birth control?"
Victoria shook her head no, which left Leah in complete shock. She asked, "Why?" Victoria explained, "See when we came back from Costa Rica, I didn't start my period when I was suppose to." She confirmed to her sister that she hooked up with the "Costa Rica guy."
Victoria added, "So I went a bought a pregnancy test and it was positive." Leah was in complete shock and asked, "What are you going to do?"
"So we are having a Costa Rican baby!" Victoria said while laughing. She told her big sister that she didn't use protection the night they hooked up.

The sisters then started going at it over using protection. "I told you to be careful, didn't I?" Leah reminded her sister.
Victoria admitted to her sister that the baby's father is "involved." Victoria added, "We talk everyday, all that stuff."
At the time of filming, Victoria admitted that her divorce to her second ex-husband, Domenick Crapello, wasn't final. She said, "Me and Domenick had problems way before all this, our divorce wasn't just final."
"The situation did happen. This is where I am at today," she continued. Victoria is the mother to two daughters, Cerenity, who she shares with Domenick, and daughter, Cami, who she shares with her first ex-husband, Brian Jones.
Us Weekly broke the pregnancy news on September 5th. “Leah’s sister, Victoria, is filming with her right now and Victoria is pregnant,” a source close to the reality star told the site.
Adding, “The dad is from the trip that Leah and her sister went on to Costa Rica with Kailyn Lowry. That’s where she met her guy. They fell in love. The dad was their guide on the rafting tour.”
