Over the weekend, Leah posted this pic of her and Kailyn Lowry during their trip to Hawaii. “Two mermaids in a mermaid cave! @kaillowry this is my favorite pic besides the one of us when we were going skydiving,” Leah captioned the pic. She also added the caption “#mylove.”
Leah posted the pic just days after sharing this one of her and Kail standing side by side in the ocean. “I’m so glad I went on this trip with you! We definitely accept each other’s weirdness. I know you on a completely different level and I love you even more!” Leah wrote, adding, “Now, let’s get to doing BIG things boo!” She also added the hashtags “#bestfriendgoals” and “iloveyou.”
Leah also wrote “Many have an image of us but few get the picture. I get you and I love you @kaillowry!!” beneath this pic of them together. She then posted two kissing face emojis.

Leah and Kail have also been going back and forth on Twitter a lot lately, leading fans to wonder if there’s more than just friendship going on between the two Teen Mom 2 stars. Kail even tweeted about the possibility of the girls going speed dating together. “Me & @TM2LeahDawn are gona go speed dating for teen mom, i think just for fun. But is there speed dating for lesbians?” Kail tweeted.
One fan wrote back, “Sooooo @KailLowry people are suspicious of you and Leah, they are suspecting you and Leah are Bi and dating. Lmao. Can you confirm or deny this, just for the nosey part of my soul?” Neither Kail nor Leah replied.
