Leah Messer certainly knows how to turn heads! The Teen Mom 2 star posted another photo on her Instagram account that is grabbing the attention of her fans!

The mother-of-three posted a revealing photo showing off her toned tummy. Fans were left in complete shock with how amazing she looks!

The photo comes shortly after Leah shared photos from her wild weekend filled with nights out with her gal pals.

"Such a great time with great gals," she wrote as the caption of the group photo.

The troubled reality star has certainly got her life back on track after her stint in rehab. After losing custody of her twin daughters, she regained joint custody with her ex-husband, Corey Simms, earlier this year. She's also documented other accomplishments throughout the year, including purchasing her new home.
