It seems LeAnn packed only teeny bikinis for their trip, and even a booty-baring one!
Eddie, 42, also showed off his fine figure!
It’s been mostly lounging and relaxing for the couple with a little bit of romance.
The A-listers enjoyed some pool PDA as well as a mushy message on social media.
"Happy 5 year anniversary to my lover, my friend, my heart, my everything!" Rimes wrote on social media. "We have walked through hell and back to be together and wouldn't change a thing. Our bond is like no other. I cherish you!"
