All right, slow down. We don't care that Leighton is kissing Penn; we care that her character, Blair, is kissing his character, Dan!
That means that hope for Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Blair to rekindle their romance has fizzled, and it appears Blair is moving on with a different guy. But what about Serena (Blake Lively) and Dan? This makes everything very complicated.
